In 1994, Barry, Barbara, and Marie Louise Ashworth established the campsite, transforming a former working farm into the peaceful retreat it is today. With great care and attention to detail, they thoughtfully planted every tree and hedge, creating a welcoming and tranquil setting for guests. The campsite quickly gained popularity and became a much-loved destination in the heart of Lower Normandy, attracting visitors in search of rest, relaxation, and natural beauty.

When we became the third owners in December 2018, our focus was firmly on enhancing the overall guest experience. A key priority was the outdated toilet block, which required a complete overhaul. We relocated the facilities to a more central and accessible position and fully modernised them. The new shower facilities feature rain shower heads and a reliable supply of hot water, ensuring comfort for all guests. In addition, we introduced a spacious family and disabled washroom to meet the needs of every visitor.
